These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the PurplePlus website at purpleplushms.com and the information, demo requests, and community waitlist features offered on it (together, the “Site”), operated by PurplePlus (“PurplePlus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Use of the PurplePlus Hospital OS or PurplePlus LIS platform itself by a Customer organization is governed separately by that Customer's executed agreement with PurplePlus, which takes precedence over these Terms for platform use.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site, including through unauthorized automated access, scraping, or attempts to probe or test the vulnerability of our systems.
2. Forms and Submitted Information
When you submit information through our contact form, demo request, or community waitlist, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Submissions are subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to decline any request or waitlist submission at our discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and software, are owned by PurplePlus or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
4. No Medical Advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes about PurplePlus and its products. It is not medical advice and is not intended to be relied upon for clinical decision-making. Healthcare decisions should always be made by qualified healthcare professionals based on the specific circumstances of each patient.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or services, including webinar registration and form-processing providers, that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which PurplePlus is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
